Automatic Flat knitting machine for collar&Bottom, it has the following features:
1.The moving distance of the machine head is controlled by the switch in the backward, it can be adjusted freely according to the customer's requirement. The machine head of other brand has to walk the whole journey even for a short knitting, our machine can greatly save your time!
2.Under unique function, make the jacquard pattern process by singleness select high butt needle or singleness select low butt needle. High and low butt needle with 2 sections high and low butt jacks, knitted 3 sections semi-jacquard pattern.
3.Auto Stop Devices: Yarn breakage, knot, press off, needle breakage, shock detection, wrap-around check, piece count, over torque and program error etc. and the run can be stopped automatically.
4. A convenient electronically controlled fabric take-down unit. The take-down speed of the roller can be adjusted through the Velometer freely to control the pull on the fabric.
5.Good stability, you can long time run without maintenance.
6.The manufacture efficiency of more that 2 machines improves 100% to 200% than the manual flat knitting machine based on the reduced the worker number and faster manufacture, because one worker can operate four or five machines under the automatic function of the knitting machine.
