The UHMW-PE successive extrusion equipment is the new extrusion equipment developed by our company with advanced foreign technology. The φ90-φ800mm UHMW-PE produced by successive extrusion is an excellent thermoplastic engineering plastics which is invented by German scientists in 1958 and realized industrial production in 1960s. The physical mechanical performance of this material has outbalanced general polyethylene, such as the innocuity, light weight, impact resistant, low price, moisture absorption rate, coldness tolerance, especially the industry leading features of impact resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, self lubricant nature, impact absorption, which win for this plastic the name of “surprising plastic” from abroad. With specially designed spiral screw, new notch barrel, and techniques of mould head extrusion, vacuum caliber fixing, the equipment can meet various requirements of production. The processing techniques of liquid crystal molecule nature alteration, polyethylene nature alteration, nanometer nature alteration, wear resistant alloy nature alteration can be added.
