RFRL31 power-saving high speed rapier loom is developed from RFRL30,adopts super direct motor to drive loom, the speed is controlled by the most advanced SRD system, can ensure perfect fabric quality and save power, at same condition RFRL31 can save more than 20% power than normal motor, it can reach the top class level of the best international high speed rapier looms.
New Type Power-saving Motor
RFRL31 adopts super direct motor to drive loom instead of clutch and belt, high power direct transmission chain can much reduce power consumption, fault and maintenance cost.
New Shedding Transmission
Shedding motion is driven by super motor directly, it adopts high strength direct transmission chain instead of clutch. It realizes slow motion and pick finding through CPU&SRD system. The stable performance of machines with advanced control technology can save much maintenance cost for customer.
Advanced Speed Control System
The speed can be set up at will on panel. Wide speed adjusting range, quick start and accurate brake and realize stepless speed adjusting and automatic speed change during weaving. This can efficiently reduce yarn breakage and start mark.
Advanced Center Control System
Adopts CPU digital control system with multi-nucleus technology, it manages and monitors all looms modules. Big screen with chart showing, keyboard operation, intercommunications, programmed by memory card, can transfer data through RAM card and network.
New Center Lubrication System
New type double center lubrication system is controlled by microcomputer, important components are forcibly lubricated through bath oil, it is equipped with oil pressure sensor, so the lubrication condition can be monitored at any time, this can ensure the loom working at good condition.
