| Purposes: This machine is mainly applicable to the winding of cotton, wool yarn, chemical chopped fiber and blended yarns, and is used to wind cops into cheese yarns on cones before they are applied to the processes such as warping, knitting and yarn combining etc..

-Tension device: Each spindle has a set of tension spacer (which is divided into light, medium and heavy types).
-Thread cleaning device: Popular type electronic yarn cleaner can be equipped.
-Blank-pipe conveyer device: It is equipped at the left and rights sides of the machine, and is used to convey blank pipes from the head to the rear of vehicles.
-Folding-resist device: Electronic contactless intermittent switch is set inside the electric switch box to make the rotating speed of the electromotor welter at its turning on and off in rotation. The intermittent time can be adjusted according to the speed of yarn counts. Also, electronic display is set in this device.
-Length counting device: Electronic length counting device could be equipped.
-Yarn-supply shelf: Insert rod of spun yarn tube could be equipped.
-Cop joint device: Air splicer (or knotter) could be selected.
-Cleaning device: GUO13A type to-and-fro blowing cleanser could be installed at the machine.
-Operation mode: GUO12 type dollies could be equipped at both sides of the machine for convenient operation of workers.
-Specification of electromotor: Main electromotor, 1.8Kw, 380V, and 1440 revolutions per minute, 2 sets.
Auxiliary electromotor, 0.37Kw, 380V, and 960 revolutions per minute, 1 set.
