The latest edition of INTERTEX MILANO/READY TO SHOW (February 6-8 at “Palazzo delle Stelline” in Milan) is the one and only exhibition in Italy for textile/apparel/knitwear outsourcing.

INTERTEX MILANO/READY TO SHOW year after year offers to professionals a full view of a very specific area of textile and clothing. Visitors’ analysis highlights geographical areas of Italian industry that are willing to develop outsourcing. The Lombardy Region leads with 48% on total visitors and Emilia Romagna has the second position with 14%, followed by Triveneto and Tuscany with 9%, and Campania and Puglia with 5% each. Foreign buyers from UAE, Germany, Switzerland, Russia and countries of ex -URSS are also remarkable for their presence.
In addition, due to globalization, new professional profiles are becoming more and more important at every new edition (outsourcing manager, operations director and quality manager), assuming a fundamental function in international fashion business.
Next edition of INTERTEX MILANO – READY TO SHOW will be held in September 11-13, 2013 at the same venue.
The greatest news of the coming edition will be the enlargement of Italian area to promote Made in Italy quality throughout the new Rich Countries and BRICs in particular. For these customers, in fact, Made in Italy is a brand by itself.
