ATD American Co. ls is a well-known name as manufacturers/ converters. We are continually sourcing the unbleached (greige) and bleached fabric in large quantities, the details of which you will find below.
66" T130 Bleached: made from greige fabric 24s/30s 72x56, 3.45 oz per sq yard. Powerloom or autoloom
90", 98", 105", 110", 114", 116" Greige sheeting fabric, 122x68, fabric weight 3.8 oz per sq yard. Fabric should be sulzer loom or airjet loom or equavalent quality
For all fabric:
Weave – Plain; should be NO double end insertion nor double pick insertion. Also individual picks must be cut and tucked only. Fabric with continuous pick yarn that remains uncut from pick to pick is unacceptable.
:Width – Minimum, as specified.
:Fiber Content – 55 to 65% Carded Cotton and 35 to 45% Polyester, intimate blend
Yarn Type – Ring Spun or Murata (must use only one, not the other, for duration of contract). Yarn used throughout all fabric shipments must be from the same spinning source and must be consistent in quality, preparation, brightness, & strength.
ALL FABRIC MUST HAVE CLOSED TUCK-IN SELVEDGES. OPEN SELVEDGE/FRINGE SELVEDGE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
