Please under find our yarn specifications:
100 % acrylic yarn, NM 35/2, HB for knitting the sweaters (Tricot) (the final count after the shrinkage should be 29/2, we want it bulk able because we are going to dye the yarn in our factory) Tow, raw white, bright, Dralon 2.7 denier preferred on hanks.
Hank specifications are as follow:
- Weight of the hank is between 1.5 -1.7 kg.
- Reeling width 250 mm
- Reeling circumference 1900 mm before bulking.
- Hang length 970 mm before bulking.
The yarn specifications are as follow:
- Spinning twist: 395 T/ M.
- TPM: double ply 200-210 T/ M.
- All the kinks of the yarn should be by air spliced not by hand.
-The yarn shrinkage 18 22 %.
Packing system: each hank/cone covered by a nylon bag, then put many hanks/cones in another nylon bag after all put the whole hanks/cones in sackcloth bags.
Payment terms: - L/C at 90 days.
